These terms govern your use of the Halifax Events website at halifax-events.com (and the Halifax Events mobile app, where one is available for your area), operated by Future Nostalgia Creative ("we", "us"). By using Halifax Events you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Halifax Events is a community events calendar and local business directory for Halifax and the surrounding area. Event and business information is provided for general information; we don’t guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

Businesses and organizers are responsible for the accuracy of the events and profiles they submit, and confirm they have the right to share that content. We may review, edit, decline, or remove any listing to keep the calendar trustworthy.

Don’t use Halifax Events to post unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, to impersonate others, or to disrupt or misuse the service.

Halifax Events is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for events run by third parties, including changes, cancellations, or anything that happens at them.

To the extent permitted by law, Halifax Events is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada.
